Pranda gives to the fight against COVID-19 by donating to Bang Na District Office.

On Friday, April 30, 2021. Mr. Prida Tiasuwan, Board Chairman of Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited joined the live webinar on the topic of “Advancing the agenda toward generation equality in the watch and jewellery industry”, organized by OECD and Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) with 3 agendas. First, status update and priorities to be tackled based on RJC survey and multi-stakeholder conversations held. Second, the multi-stakeholder perspective from mining to retail, including ASM, and third, call to action: how we can cooperate better and share tools and best practices.
Mr. Prida said “There are over a thousand employees working with Pranda Group, the thing that we value the most is ‘gender equality’. All employees will be treated equally and afforded opportunities working with Pranda. Everybody wants equality, it is one of the driving forces to accomplish the tasks. We have to build trust within a team and workplace to avoid interpersonal conflict, especially during this pandemic. Another thing that we value is ‘sustainability’. Our operating principles are the on-time delivery performance with high-quality standards and the stable workforce which is a key factor affecting employee morale.”
